This website provides general editorial information about family memories, photography, keepsakes and thoughtful living. We are not a photo-printing company, retailer, conservator or legal adviser. Accessing the site does not create a professional advisory relationship.
2. Using our content
You may read our pages and print a copy for your own personal reference. Do not republish substantial portions, sell our articles or use our branding in a way that suggests an endorsement without permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights. A link to this website is not permission to reproduce its images.

We try to make our guidance useful, but products, supplier terms and technical features can change. An order made on a linked website is between you and that supplier. We do not accept payment, hold stock, manufacture keepsakes or manage supplier refunds. Our links do not make us responsible for the content, availability or data practices of an external service.
5. Responsible use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit abusive or unlawful material. Do not email private family documents, recordings or images of other people without appropriate permission. An email enquiry does not grant us a licence to publish your family history.
